In-person sessions available in South London.I provide a warm, reflective, and collaborative space to explore the challenges, questions, and experiences that shape your life.If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or just the day to day navigation of a complex life, our work can provide you warmth, reflection, and support.

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that we make sense of ourselves through our relationships with others, with the world, and with our own experience, and that therapy can be a space to understand and transform the patterns which may be holding us back.I see therapy as a process of making contact with hidden parts of yourself, with emotions that have been hard to name and feel, and with your own unique sense of meaning. At its heart, my practice is simple: to meet you as a person, not a problem and to understand your story with care, helping you live with more authenticity, connection, and freedom.I work with a variety of clients many different issues but with special attention to difficult early family environments, lack of purpose and meaning, LGBT identity, thriving with neurodivergence, addiction of various types, and persistent anxiety. I work with a queer-inclusive and trans affirmative focus and have experience coaching and working one-to-one with neurodivergent individuals.
